Why I start with your day
If you run a small service firm, you probably already know something is off. You just can't see it clearly, because most of it runs through you.
Why look now? AI keeps getting better, and people are already talking about superintelligence. But no tool can fix work nobody can see. Get clear on how your company really runs, and you'll be ready to start automating the right parts.
So I don't start with software. I start with yesterday. The audit starts with a 90-minute call, and I only ask questions. Who called, what waited on you, what got done twice, and what only you know how to do.
Within 48 hours I write it down plainly. You'll see what should stay with you, what should go to someone on your team, and where a tool fits. Some of it might be work nobody needs to do at all.
I don't build custom software in the audit. If you want help after, we can talk about it then.
